It's hard to say, there are some places that specialize in it, and others that do it on the side. You'll have to check the phone book in your local area. Most photography these days is Digital so you'll have trouble finding a place to develop the high grade film. If you browse the net long enough you'll find places all over the country you can Mail it to, to get developed.
